Using 2 oz spur tree All Pupose seasoning per lb of meat coat well and refrigerate for 2 hours, heat oil in pot, and brown meat for 10 minutes turning regularly. Add water to cover meat cover and simmer on low heat 3-5 hours until fully cook, checking water level regularly (for best result cooked in pressure cooker for 30 minutes) Add canned butter bean 5 minutes before the end of cooking time
