Preparation and Usage
- Rub Dunn's River Jamaican Jerk Seasoning into chicken, meat or fish and leave to marinate for several hours, then grill on a barbeque for an authentic Jamaican flavour. Alternatively, cook under a medium grill or bake in a moderate oven.
